Payment & Credit Card

Credit card payment can be submitted using the checkout page. Payment will be charged in the authorized amount once we invoice the order and verify item stock. If a part of your order cannot be located, we may offer an alternative item or a refund. Payment through PayPal and PayPal guest checkout is also available during checkout. If you contact us with special circumstances such as alternative shipping carriers; we can send you a PayPal invoice with amended pricing. For unique use cases you can also send us the completed credit card order form or give our warehouse a call at (240) 813-4742.

Local Pickup

Local pickup of supplies and equipment offered on this website is available at one of our warehouses in Derwood, MD 20855, USA. Please use the contact form to schedule pickup.

Shipping & Delivery

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 day after receipt of payment and are shipped either via USPS or Fed-Ex with tracking and drop-off without signature. Transport fees vary according to total weight and dimensions of the shipment and are automatically calculated by the shipping company. Discounts for shipping may be available via alternative carriers, so please inquire for alternative options. We advise you to group your items in one order. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Returns & Replacements

Non-bulk quantities of Taq DNA Polymerase and dNTPs are eligible for a full refund if you are not satisfied.

Equipment Condition:

New: Items have a 30-day warranty. New items which come in sealed packaging and were opened by the consumer can incur a 15% restocking fee if returned. The products are heavily discounted and no warranty is offered beyond the 30 days after receipt of product.

Used: Please note the description of the item for the condition of the item. Unless stated otherwise in the description; working, used items have a 30-day return period in which you can request an RMA. "For parts or repair" items have no warranty and no returns will be accepted. Please use the contact form to request the return merchandise authorization.
